    Perks make raised things last longer and makes them tougher. You shoulod ge those perks. I have 15 dragon souls

    at 11:10 you asked about the mechanics of the Lunar Weapons.

    Nighttime is important, but only at certain times of the month in game. While I’ve never used them myself, I’ve been told that they only glow when the enchantment is active, and that they do not expend charges when the enchantment is inactive.

    They synergize well with Vampirism.

    If you don’t want to bother learning how to use the Lunar Forge, you can disenchant the weapons like any other enchantment.
